Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 3 business days of receiving the order.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Timeline

• We deliver Pan-India within 7–10 business days after the order has been shipped.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal fee may be applicable.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details.

• You can track your order on our courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.

Delays & Exceptions

• While we strive to deliver within the promised time, delays may occur due to logistics issues, natural calamities, strikes, or festive season rush.

• In such cases, we will keep you updated via email or SMS.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package is undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us.

• Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details and be available to receive their packages.

International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be announced soon.
